Courses/ Cours proposés

Higher education in Sweden is provided in the form of courses. These may be linked to constitute degree programmes with varying levels of individual choice. Students themselves are also able to more freely combine courses into a degree.

Each semester we offer a variety of single-subject courses taught in English to choose from in the academic fields covered by Lund University School of Economics and Management, which gives you a good chance of finding your own main direction in studies steered by your personal interests. Most of these courses are on the undergraduate level, but a limited number of exchange students may also be admitted to graduate courses within our Master’s Programmes.

Course load 1,5 Sw credit equals 1,5 ECTS-cr, representing one week of full-time studies. A full time course load is 30 Sw cr (30 ECTS-credits) per semester. A semester is divided into 2 periods, normally courses are studied parallel during each period, with examination at the end of each period. Course modules vary in scope from 4 to 15 ECTS-cr.

Courses & prerequisites Lund University offers more than 250 courses in English annually. Business courses in English are normally offered on the advanced undergraduate level, previous studies in the subject are then a requirement. The requirements can be found in the course descriptions. Class size: 40-50 students per class. The school offers undergraduate (A,B,C-level) and graduate courses (D-level) in English. Courses can also be taken outside school, as complementary to school studies. All subjects can be applied for with respect to course prerequisites and seat availability.
